So many balloons, so little time.
“The one window viewed only sky.”
Oh which one to pop first?
Not the 30th birthday she’d imagined.
Pretty but bored, lost but okay.
The taxidermist always chose the prettiest.
Nobody came. She sat alone…again.
Always colorblind, of childhood, I dream.
She simply couldn’t fade into obscurity.
In a fantasy balloon world!
